Design Update + Apple Hamster Goodie
As you can see I've been working a bit on the header for the site (still I have to solve the link to root issue, I was thinking maybe with a hotspot)and possibly a couple of glitches but it should be all more or less functional again. It happened just the obvious, you want to improve just a little tiny thing so you mess everything up pretty much, next thing you spend two days making things stable as they were. But now it looks prettier if you ask me. I also changed the look of the illustrations' main page, all thanks to a flash script I got from Jeroen Wijering and put some more drawings on it. I'm getting closer to modern times now, but they still lack the description so, don't expect too much. I have two ideas to improve that section, but they'll require time so, we'll see. Ah, and I also added a random javescript to display stupid quotes on the header. That's all for the time being, to all who may care. Not many I know, but some worthy people.

that is one hungry little hamster! Is that a flash movie? Is it easy to make those like that? with the bar at the bottom and everything?
Thanks m8! yes, it's really easy to do that. i did sth similar with the hoodfellow's post remember? but i had to use flash mx and some tricks to encode that. some things have improved on that aspect. it's pretty well explained here, you only need the free Riva encoder and his free flash movie. remember when i told you about gettin rid of those wmv movies? hehe, that's what i meant. :)
ooh. i really like the new illustration page.
(not too sure about the red and orange strips tho, the colours look way too strong relatively to the rest of the page and are a bit distracting.)
what was I saying.. ya. I really like the new illustration page! the random flash thing is great. also... the drawings in it look awesome and different. almost sharper. that's odd. or maybe because they're higher resolution. i've never seen them this large.
Gaspar is an active little fellow =D
